Coinfirm welcomes Vincent van Maasdijk and Ovi Berindea to the company as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Enterprise Solutions, respectively. Rafal Janik, previously Head of Growth, Performance Marketing, Automation and Analytics, has moved into the position of Head of Marketing to spearhead the organisation’s marketing and brand awareness efforts.

Vincent is an internationally experienced senior executive. His nearly 20 year career has been exclusively focused on start-ups and scale-ups in the fintech and financial services sectors, where his focus has been on operations, sales and growth. In his new role at Coinfirm, he’ll bring his commercial and strategic prowess to the team helping maximise opportunities, sales performance, and profitability.
About Ovi Berindea, Head of Enterprise Solutions
Over a 25 year career, Ovi Berindea has previously been a consultant and software developer in the USA and Canada, a founder of new companies, and an IT executive. He has led and mentored teams across various North American corporate clients with the delivery of system solutions in the financial, insurance and telecommunication industries. He has founded and managed two commercial products companies and a successful consulting company before joining Marsh McLennan as Head of North America Solution Delivery.
About Rafal Janik, Head of Marketing
With 18 years of experience in creating brand strategies, marketing & PR planning, and operational management, Rafal Janik leverages his extensive essential knowledge in current trends in international media markets, building corporate brands and effective growth marketing tools implementation. Previously a Managing Director, Board Member and Advisor to numerous fintech, analytics and media firms, he has repeatedly been awarded for outstanding campaigns in the B2C and B2B segments.
