Customer Engagement Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for…
- Developing and maintaining relationships with assigned clients
- Establishing and running effective process to proactively identify existing client needs and priorities
- Maintaining existing customer engagement metrics and data
- Organizing onboarding and training sessions
- Acting as a strategic advisor on the best utilization of purchased products for assigned clients
- Leading the customer agreement renewals process
- Identify potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Proactively identifying strategies to maximize client retention
- Communicating effectively across the organization to raise the customers’ needs and find the best resolutions to customers’ issues

- Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English is a must, and fluent German is an additional plus!
- Are confident in interactions with different stakeholders
- Have proven ability to build business relationships
- Are comfortable in negotiation discussions
- Can analyze and manage data relating to customer relationships
- Exhibit ‘own the task’ attitude as opposed to ‘do what you are told’
- Have 1-3 years experience in customer success, customer engagement, account executive roles or other customer-facing roles
- Possess relevant industry knowledge (understanding of crypto assets and/or anti-money laundering compliance) or are willing to gain that knowledge
- Are ambitious with a strong work ethic, excellent time management and planning skills
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
