Right now, for our Customer Success team, we’re looking for a

Junior Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will

  • Support our enterprise and individual clients via e-mail, product platforms, and other channels
  • Analyze and answer client’s queries
  • Provide configuration and maintenance work
  • Monitor systems and applications
  • Support Sales and Tech teams in the pre- and post-sales services
  • Attend online meetings with clients

We are looking for somebody, with:

  • Fluent English and Polish (any additional language is a plus!)
  • ‘Client first’ approach
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of communication skills
  • Independence in action and responsibility for given tasks
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus
  • Availability to work on shifts (after 5 PM or over the weekends)
