Hi! I’m Filip and I have been working as a Customer Success Specialist at Coinfirm for nearly two years.
My first contact with crypto was back in 2012 when I was still in high school. During one of the IT classes, one of my classmates pulled some old graphic cards out of his bag and proudly said – “I’m going to mine some Bitcoin tonight!”
You can imagine the looks he received from the class. He briefly explained to the class what Bitcoin is, but I was not even as half-enthusiastic about it as he was. I did not have a clue, how the technology behind Bitcoin would impact the world in just a few years.
According to the History Books of the Internet, Bitcoin was around $5 back then. And somehow it feels like it was 100 years ago…
My work at Coinfirm is focused on helping our customers with everyday usage of our AML Platform – whether it’s answering their questions regarding products, advising in technical matters, or resolving any difficulties reported by our customers or my co-workers.
Working with the Team – and I don’t mean only the Customer Success Team, but the company as a whole – is an amazing experience. Everyone knows what exactly needs to be done to grow.
And it is a game-changer.
The flow of the information inside the organization is truly amazing. If there is something that I need to consult with the Data Science, Developers or Marketing Department, I receive feedback straight away (most of the time).
Working with people that are passionate about what they do is the ultimate reward since the passion affects you as well. Great things are built on this kind of foundation – and that’s our goal. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to be part of this project! Coinfirm is powering the mass adoption of blockchain by removing the bad actors out of crypto.
In my free time, I learn music production. Due to the Covid Lockdown, I had a lot of time to learn how to play piano, and now it’s time to record a hit! Photography is my secondary hobby. Traveling is in third place. I love traversing mountains and I can’t wait to meet them once again.
